I had ordered a Bose bluetooth table speaker from what appeared to be an home appliance company called Ibemli Appliance Store: ibemli.com. Days later, I received a call from a third party vender who somehow had my name and phone number asking about the exact same Bose bluetooth speaker. This person said he was from “Dell Company”. He quoted to me an incorrect credit card number and incorrect email address. I had paid for this speaker via PayPal and my card had been charged. I told this third party vendor that I alread paid for the speaker and bought it through Ibemli. The third party vender "Dell" said he could not fill the order because there was a hold on the credit card number that was provided to him (which was not my credit card number). He did not ask for another credit card number, but he kept asking me if I had a card ending in blah blah blah over and over. I had to keep telling him ‘no’ over and over. The third party vender told me he could not fill my order and asked what I wanted to do. For all I knew, this could have been “Ibemli Appliance” wanting another credit card! I told him to wait and see if Ibemli can get their credit card issue resolved and we hung up. I investigated. On PayPal, the money went to a Vietnamese name. The website had a phone number and when I called, the voicemail was for a “David”. Of course I left a message and of course I never got a return call. I looked up the business address on Zillow and it is a one bedroom, one bath, apartment in NY. When I looked up the company on BBB, yep, there were complaints this was a fraudulent company! Days later I received another call from this third party vendor "Dell" saying he could not fill my order. PayPal has refunded my money but I would like the ScamPulse.com to do something about this Ibemli "company". I did not lose money but PayPal did. PayPal is the victim.
