On January 15th 2016 I paid $4000 cash for electrical work that according to the contract should have been completed in 3 weeks. William Morgan lied and told me his workers were having family problems for months. I now cost me courrt fees because the project is not completed. He stoped returning my calls for the last 2 months until I contacted the people at his church. That sill didnt resolve anything. I contacted his insurance company and they said that him not completing the job is not covered. He also never pulled any permits in his name. I am now in the process of sueing him personally.
