Complaint: I ordered a free trial of NeuroXR and paid $4.95 shipping. There was no mention that any further transactions would occur or that I needed to cancel my subscription. On March 10, 2017, my checking account, which is also used as a credit card, was debited in the amount of $79.97 and I was not pre-warned and never received another shipment. I attempted to email the company on their website but it did not work after several attempts. The email given on the free trial bottle was not a valid email. I am disabled with bills due and this is making it beyond difficult having this happen out of the blue and extremely frustrating as well. I came across the product on an add that showed in between games on my Publisher’s Clearing house account. I need this money returned and after reading that others are experiencing issues now has me extremely worried and angry. I cannot afford this.
