After searching for bad reviews and finding none, I placed an order with watchyz.com on 11/2/2016. On 12/12 I e-mailed the company to check on the status of my order. James replied that the items were coming from Hong Kong and I would receive a USPS tracking number when it reached their warehouse. On 1/10/2017 I emailed James again to check on my items. He responded that they had reached the US port, however they were under customs review. On 2/3 I emailed him again letting him know I either wanted my product ASAP or a refund. He responded that due to the Christmas pressure, the items were getting delayed from the authority port. He recommended I allow them to ship a brand new order from Hong Kong to me and that people have reported receiveing their order faster that way and that it could reach me before or after Christmas. I responded that I did not want to wait until Christmas (ummm hello, that would make my order over a year old) He did not respond. So I sent him a message on the 13th asking him to please refund my money. He responded that I would see my refund within 48 hours. 2 weeks later I e-mailed him to say I had not yet received my refund. No response. Today, 3/6, as I got ready to start reviewing the company, I find that the website is no longer available. So I have sent James another e-mail letting him know he has ripped me and I’m sure countless others off. Beware of this company should he try to re-open.
