I assisted my daughter in purchasing a sweatshirt online on 2/7/18 from wearesamourai.com – she received a text message confirming the purchase and my credit card has issued payment. After several weeks, we did not receive the item. I went online to the site but was unable to find any customer support number or anywhere to leave a message. My daughter then found them via instagram and left a message. Someone notified her that they would send another sweatshirt out. We still have not received it and the site is not respomding to return text messages. When I attempted to go back to the website, I found that it is unable to be entered.
